14 - DAY RETURN POLICY
Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy. Our policy lasts for 14 days after receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
If your product purchased on Super Stay Well that arrives damaged, defective, missing part or does not match product description for free, you can email us immediately with photographic proof & request a refund. Super Stay Well will grant a full refund upon customer's request.

1. Email us at email@example.com regarding the return or refund and attached your proof of purchase & photographic proof of faulty or damaged.
2. The refund request must be applied within 14 days from the date of receipt.
3. Once we received your request and damage/faulty proof, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind or other reasons not specified above.
5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Due to health and safety concerns and the hygienic nature of some products, in order to protect our employees and customers from any additional risk these items are NOT eligible for a refund if used or tried and no refunds will be issued.
These items include but are not limited to the following:
- Facial Massage Devices
- Pillows & Cushions
Beauty and Personal Care Devices
- Body shaper belt
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 day after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. You may cancel an order for any reason within 1 day after ordering for a full refund. You are required to submit your request to us by using "Contact Us" or emailing us.
Up to $30 admin fee will be charged if an order has been dispatched. The admin fee is to cover part of the shipping, return shipping and customs clearance expenses incurred during your order.
Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or refunds.
