SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note that we require 2 to 4 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please note that the delivery time frame are approximate only. In any event of unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances such as weather, strikes and lockouts, transportation and custom check may cause a delay in delivery time and Super Stay Well shall not be liable for such delay in delivery or any losses.
Super Stay Well offers free shipping to worldwide, estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days depending on your country or region.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
These funds are neither paid to Super Stay Well nor are they set by us rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We do not mark packages as a gift. To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.
Refusing to Pay Duties
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the shipper at the customer's expense and there will be no refund issued.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our provided Tracking Page, if you are unsure of your Tracking ID please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so if you have provided incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Delivery Time Exceeded:
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Super Stay Well is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to our customer support team HERE.
LIABILITY OF COURIER
For orders shipped with the basic shipping service, courier companies only cover physical loss or damage of goods during transit* subject to the maximum liability specified in the terms and conditions of their service. Such liability will cease once the goods is delivered to the designated destination. Super Stay Well is not responsible for the aforementioned liability or any dispute arisen with regards to the delivery of goods. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to assist you in any event that you need to contact the courier to resolve a matter.
*If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel, you have to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
1. Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we mainly ship Canada & US but we can also ship international. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.
For Non-US/Canada Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local custom office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

Orders take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
3. Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

4. What causes unexpected delays?
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
